Barely two weeks after the passing of my father's father, the same grievous fate has befallen my mother's mother. The brain hemorrage was sudden and lethal, albeit not instantly fatal. Apparently I was the only one who bid her zai jian as I shut the door for her when she left the house this very morning.
My friends, heed the cliche and cherish, never take anything for granted. She was kind, loving, generous, cooked better than Yan, indulged in gambling perhaps a little too much; but above all, she was my popo. Yam seng! :)
